Our Mission

The mission of the New Milford Democratic Town Committee is to get Democrats elected. Democratic leaders committed to good governance and our democratic principles, who will preserve and enhance the vibrancy of New Milford and improve the quality of life for all residents.

Together we work to:

• Encourage the registration of voters in the Democratic Party;

• Identify and support Democratic candidates for local boards and commissions;

• Identify and support Democratic candidates for elected office in municipal, state, and federal elections;

• Nominate and endorse delegates to state and district Democratic conventions;

• Promote the positions, practices, interests, and principles of the Democratic Party in our town.

  We typically meet on the third Monday of every month at 7:00pm
